salt-and-lime-cleanerSkip the tequila, and you’ve got a great rust remover

Next time you need to get the rust off, pass on the toxic chemical rust removers and head to the kitchen. Pour a small amount of salt on the offending rust, squeeze a lime over the salt until it is soaked in juice. Let it sit for two or three hours, then scrub clean.
Rust is gone.

Technicolor Health Tip

health-tipsEat foods with color! Your body needs vitamins, minerals and natural fiber to run at its best. Give it what it needs by reducing the amount of refined, processed foods you eat. If your food is white, that usually means the good stuff has been stripped away. Reduce or eliminate foods made from white flour, white rice and sugar and replace them with foods with natural colors like whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables.
